Return Policy

At Tactus.in we strive to deliver the right product to our customer. If our product is not as prescribed in the order or product gets damaged, in this case, you can order for return/ replacement of the specific product. Replacement of the product will be delivered within 7 working days after receiving the defect product. Below mentioned points should be noted in the case of return policy:

If the product is not in working condition you can order for the replacement of the product.

Defect in material or workmanship; we ensure to replace the product

If you received the damaged/wrong product you should inform within 2 working days after the delivery.

If the delivered product is damaged or defective condition you are eligible for free replacement of the product if the product is available in our stock.

Policy Uncovered

A product should be returned with the original package only, in a case of the package badly damaged return will not be accepted.

If the product is accidentally damaged after the delivery and the product is not eligible for the return/ replacement.

If the product is not handled with care and gets damaged, a company is not responsible for the rough handling of the product.
